Our group has done a great deal of work throughout this project. Not only did we all have different roles and tasks to fufil, we really analyzed the text and questioned various things that occurred. We learned all about the Garcia girls, their family, and the never ending obstacles and challenges they faced throughout the years. I thought this was an interesting project and it's sad that it has to come to an end. We hope you enjoyed reading our blog as much as we enjoyed writing on it. (:

YES, WE ARE DONE! From this projetct, i learned a lot about Spnaish culture, and immigration to America. I enjoyed working with all of you guys in this assignment and felt that we learned how to work together efficiently. I hope we can work together another time!

YAY WE ARE DONE :D I'm really happy that we got to work as a group and read this book. I learned a lot about the Spanish culture, and learned some new Spanish words that could be really helpful for me in Spanish class. Being the word watcher helped me advance my vocabulary (: It would be nice to work with all of you again!
